Lead Author and Games Analyst
Marcus Halder
Marcus writes the long-form reviews and RTP analyses on crashgames.com. He has spent nine years inside the iGaming industry, including five on the operator side, and is unusually willing to show his math.
“If a casino will not publish its house edge in writing, that is the review.”
Marcus started in iGaming in 2017 as a junior copywriter at a Malta-licensed sportsbook, then spent three years as content lead at a Curacao-licensed crypto casino before going independent in 2024. He covers the operator side of the table with a healthy skepticism, knowing exactly which corners get cut and where.
His mathematics background drives the analysis on this site. When crashgames.com publishes a Return-to-Player figure, Marcus has worked through the payout tables himself. When a brand claims a 99% RTP on Crash, he checks the bust cap, the house take on the trailing tail, and whether the published seed-verification actually verifies anything.
He covers Crash, Plinko, Limbo, and Dice as primary specialisms, plus reviews of brands operating in the EU, UK, and crypto-native markets. He does not cover sports betting, live dealer, or US-state-licensed casinos.
