Privacy policy
We do not ask you to register, and we do not sell personal data. This page sets out what we do collect.
What we collect
- Analytics data. Pages viewed, approximate country from your IP address, referring site, device type and browser. Used in aggregate to see which pages are worth maintaining.
- Affiliate click data. When you follow a link to an operator, that click is recorded so the operator can attribute the referral. It is tied to a click identifier, not to your name.
- Local storage. Your theme choice and any demo-game state are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
- Email, only if you write to us. Kept as long as needed to deal with your message.
We do not collect payment details, we do not run accounts, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for aggregate analytics and affiliate attribution, and on consent for any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser or our cookie controls.
Who receives it
Analytics providers, our hosting and content delivery provider, and the operator whose link you clicked. Each acts under its own privacy policy. We do not sell data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Aggregate analytics are retained up to 26 months. Affiliate click records are retained as long as the operator's attribution window requires. Emails are deleted once the matter is closed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
